Class C maintenance inspection
The maintenance inspection period is 1500h, 1 year or the mileage is 96000km.
In every C-level maintenance inspection, complete all A-level and B-level inspection items, plus adjust the injector stroke and valve clearance.
① "Cold adjustment": The engine should be shut down for at least 4 hours under the ambient temperature to be adjusted to reach a stable temperature;
② "Hot adjustment": When the engine oil temperature is above 99℃, run for at least 10 minutes, or after reaching the normal oil temperature, adjust the injector and valve immediately.
The adjustment of the injector stroke and valve clearance of the Cums engine must be done by specially trained personnel.
