Class A maintenance inspection (daily inspection)
Daily engine work reports are made every day and provided to the maintenance department.
①Report content:
1) Whether the oil pressure is low;
2) Whether the power is insufficient;
3) Whether the temperature of cooling water or engine oil is abnormal;
4) Whether the engine sound is abnormal;
5) Whether it emits smoke;
6) Whether the coolant, fuel or engine oil is over-consumption;
7) Whether the coolant, fuel or engine oil leaks.
②Check the engine:
1) Check the engine oil level;
2) Check the engine coolant level.
③Check the water pump belt;
④Check the marine gearbox;
⑤Check whether the engine is leaking, bruised, loose, etc.
(2) Class A maintenance inspection (weekly inspection)
① Repeat the daily inspection every week.
②Check the air filter and air intake resistance: clean or replace the air filter element.
③Release the accumulated water in the air cylinder.
④Release sediment from the fuel tank.
